§ 12.03.010. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

"Associational activity" means school or religious programs, sporting events, public entertainment such as concerts or movies, and similar activities or events, and includes supervised organized volunteer programs.

"Child" means a person who is less than eighteen years of age.

"Curfew period" means and includes the hours from eleven p.m. to five a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from twelve midnight to five a.m. for Friday and Saturday.
