§ 13.32.035. Snowmobile routes.

A.

Snowmobile routes only for the purpose of entering and exiting the city are as follows:

Stanton Street Route. A route is established on Stanton Street from its intersection with Beier Road south to Oshkosh Street. This route will cross Oshkosh Street and end on the property of Citgo East located at 641 East Oshkosh Street. This route serves the purpose of providing access to Citgo's refueling pumps, and convenience store.

West Fond du Lac Route. The trail will cross West Fond du Lac Street from the driveway of Aurora Clinic located at 1242 West Fond du Lac Street to the driveway of Boulder's Inn located at 1219 at West Fond du Lac Street.

Oshkosh Street Route. A route is established from the Northwestern Trail, across Hillside Assembly property to Oshkosh Street at Redman Drive and terminate at the end of Redman Drive, adjacent to Pizza Hut and Ripon Family Restaurant located at 708 West Fond du Lac Street.

Meade Street Route. The route is established on Meade Street, north of the Northwestern Trail, continuing north and connecting to private property east of Meade Street, continuing east across the northerly most edge of Murray Park and continues on private property east to the existing trail connector outside of the city limits.

B.

City routes shall be closed under either of the following conditions:

1.

The county trails are closed;

2.

By order of the police department and/or the public works department.
