§ 15.18.130. Penalties.

A fine of thirty-five dollars per day for not meeting the requirements of this chapter will be imposed by the city public works director, and/or his designee. Said fines shall be added to the property's annual assessment by the city administrator and listed on said notices as "non-driveway ordinance compliance fee."
