§ 18.06.010. Adoption of Wisconsin Commercial Building Code.

The current editions of the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code, Chs. SPS 360—366; Buildings Constructed Prior to 1914 Chs. SPS 375—379; Wisconsin Administrative Code; (IBC) 2009 International Building Code, (IEBC) 2009 International Existing Building Code, (IMC) 2009 International Mechanical Code, (IECC) 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, (IFGC) 2009 International Fuel Gas Code, 2003 ANSI A117.1 Accessibility Code and all amendments thereto, are adopted and incorporated into this code by reference.

B.

The building inspector, as certified by the Department of Safety and Professional Services, is authorized and directed to administer and enforce all of the provisions of the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code.
