§ 18.28.365. Historic preservation commission approval.

All sign applications under this chapter in the Watson Street National Historic District and any property designated as a historic structure or building shall be reviewed and approved by the historic preservation commission based on the established Downtown Ripon Design Manual guidelines. Property owners may appeal the decision of the historic preservation commission to the plan commission for final action.
