§ 20.46.011. Statutory authorization.

The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization in Sections 61.35 and 62.23, Wisconsin Statutes, for villages and cities; Sections 59.69, 59.692 and 59.694, Wisconsin Statutes, for counties; and the requirements in Section 87.30, Wisconsin Statutes.
